📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
• Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, orders are delivered as per the following estimated timelines:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
• Non-Metro / Rest of India: 4–7 working days
• Remote or Non-serviceable Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability

💰 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.
• Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to change without prior notice.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select pincodes only, subject to courier serviceability.
• Francoleone reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders.
• If repeated COD returns are observed from the same customer, address, or account, Francoleone reserves the right to permanently or temporarily disable the COD option for that customer.
• COD may also be restricted for high-risk, suspicious, or abuse-prone orders to protect operational integrity.

🔍 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.
• Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.

• Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
• Courier partner delays
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address provided by the customer

• Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or repeated delivery failures may attract additional shipping or re-delivery charges.
