📅 Return Window

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Requests made after the return window will not be entertained.

✅ Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The TAG LOOP lock must not be removed, cut, damaged, or tampered with.
• The product must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories and components included.

🔄 Exchange Process

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size or variant.
• If the requested size/variant is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

📦 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

• Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
• Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (where available) or self-ship instructions will be provided.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging before handing over for pickup.

🚚 Reverse Shipping

• Reverse pickup charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
• For self-shipped returns, the customer bears the shipping cost unless the return is due to a company error (wrong or defective product).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products with TAG LOOP lock removed, damaged, or tampered with
• Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration
• Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (unless explicitly stated)

⚠️ Damaged / Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
