If there are any issues with your product, you can raise a refund or replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
- Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies and accessories)
- The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes
- Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
To return a product to us, please follow these steps:
- Create a ‘Return Request’ on www.francoleone.com or its mobile app
- On Receipt of ‘Return Request’, we will confirm the pick-up with in 24 hours
- Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
- Our Logistic Partner will pick up it.
- We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier service ability/Availability.
- If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.
- Refund will be credited to your bank account/credit card account from where payment was originated. In case of COD payment will be credited to your given bank account.
